With 30+ years in the hospitality industry, Sean focuses on streamlining operations, improving guest satisfaction, carrying company culture, and ensuring financial profitability for the businesses he works with.

Sean created a unique path in hospitality, developing top culinary and beverage programs throughout the US. To date, he has consulted on multiple F&B programs including Nobu, Notar Hospitality, IGC Hospitality, Common Ground Holdings, and more.
Born and raised in New Albany, Indiana, Sean attended the University of Louisville for Civil Engineering. The majority of his hospitality career has been spent in NYC and LA. He was nominated for Hospitality Executive of the Year by the NYC Hospitality Alliance in 2018.
